Considerations & Trade-offs
- Designed for Colt 1911 .45 caliber use, so it is not a universal magazine option for other pistols or calibers.
- It is a 7-round, single-stack magazine, which means capacity is limited compared with higher-capacity alternatives.
- As a reproduction OEM magazine, it is intended to match the original pattern rather than add modern features or upgrades.
- The blued steel finish may require the same care and maintenance expected of blued steel components.
