Overview
Made for storing or moving long guns, this firearm sock provides a simple protective layer for most shotguns and rifles, including those with optics. Its soft knit fabric helps reduce the chance of dings and scratches, while the limited silicone treatment offers short-term protection against rust, pitting, corrosion, and dust. The 52-inch length and cinch closure make it easy to secure around the firearm for cabinet storage, vehicle transport, or general handling. It is a practical option for hunters and shooters who want basic protection without added bulk.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 52" length is designed to fit most shotguns and rifles, but it may not suit every firearm configuration, especially longer setups or unusual profiles with optics.
- The silicone treatment is described as limited and for short-term protection, so it should not be treated as a substitute for long-term storage protection.
- The knit fabric is intended for storage and transit protection, which means it is focused on preventing dings, scratches, dust, and similar handling damage rather than providing hard-case style protection.
- The cinch closure helps keep the sock secured, but it still requires proper placement and fit to stay in position around the firearm.
