Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 24" length with a 6" loop keeps handling close and controlled, which is useful for training but not intended for more freedom of movement.
- The quick-breakaway buckle is designed for fast release, so it trades some security for convenience during training sessions.
- Heavy-duty poly webbing and a coated zinc trigger snap are practical materials, but this is a straightforward training lead rather than a feature-rich accessory.
- At $12.99, it is a purpose-built lead with a narrow use case, so buyers looking for a multi-purpose leash may want a different option.
