Overview
Built for anglers who want a glide bait that responds to quick rod twitches or fast handle turns, this soft-bodied lure is designed to create a tight, chopping action with a tall, broad profile that suggests natural forage such as gizzard shad and panfish. Its Fusion19 harness system pairs a treble hook with a custom stinger hook that detaches after hookup to reduce leverage, while the mesh-reinforced joint is intended to support repeated use. Berkley PowerBait Scent taste technology adds another layer of attraction, and the custom-painted finish with brush tail gives it a finished presentation suited to serious glide bait fishing.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- Its soft body construction and mesh-reinforced joint are designed for movement, but that also means it is a specialized bait that may require more care than a hard-bodied option.
- The fast, tight chopping action is driven by successive rod twitches or quick handle turns, so it is best suited to anglers comfortable working a glide bait rather than a simple cast-and-retrieve approach.
- The detachable stinger hook is intended to reduce leverage after hookup, but it also adds a more complex rigging system than a single-hook bait.
- Its tall, broad profile is built to mimic gizzard shad and panfish, which makes it more targeted to that forage profile than a more general-purpose lure.
