Now, Bubba Joe weren't much for fancy book learnin', but he had a knack for fixin' things up proper. One day, while out by the creek, he got tired of squintin' at his line, tryin' to figure out if he had a bite or just a snag. So, he rigged up this contraption with a twist on top that'd bob and weave like a dancin' possum whenever a fish came nibblin'. Folks laughed at first, callin' it everything from a gimmick to a fool's errand, but wouldn't you know it, Bubba Joe started pullin' in more trout than a bear in a berry patch.
