Considerations & Trade-offs
- Height adjustment is limited to a 7" to 11" range, so it may not suit every shooting position or terrain setup.
- It collapses to 12.8" long for transport, but it is still a dedicated piece of gear that adds to what you carry in the field.
- The tripod design and 360° swivel support quick positioning, but they also mean there are more moving parts to manage than with a fixed rest.
- Best suited to hunters who want a portable shooting platform; it is less of a do-everything support than a larger, more adjustable rest.
