Overview
Built for anglers who want a shallow-running jerkbait with a proven minnow profile, this lure is suited to twitching for bass as well as trolling or casting for walleyes, salmon, and lake trout. Its action is described as steady and lifelike at a constant retrieve, then more erratic with a twitch-twitch-pause cadence to imitate a distressed baitfish. The Gold Prism Black Orange finish adds a bold visual profile, while the listed dive depths of about 3 feet on the crank and 10 feet while trolling help define where it fits in the spread.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- Designed as a shallow jerkbait, so it is not intended for deeper presentations; the listed dive depths are about 3 ft when cranked and 10 ft when trolled.
- At 4 1/2 inches and 1/2 ounce, it is a specific size-and-weight choice that may be less versatile than smaller or heavier baits depending on the water and target depth.
- Its action is presentation-dependent: the bait is described as working with a twitch-twitch-pause cadence, while constant-speed retrieve or trolling produces a different swimming action.
- The gold prism black orange finish is a fixed color pattern, which may be a limitation if you need a more subdued or different-profile bait for certain conditions.
