BOSS Chairman Features The BOSS Chairman delivers premium suppression as a high-performance 7.62 rifle suppressor designed for precision rifles and demanding shooting environments. Its proprietary Nikola Tesla-inspired coaxially vented baffle system routes gases through the suppressor for a longer duration than traditional designs dramatically reducing overall weapon report while maintaining efficient gas flow. This system performs exceptionally well on high-velocity .308 rifles and delivers excellent suppression when paired with subsonic 300 Blackout setups. This configuration includes a vented end cap designed for gas blowback action platforms such as traditional AR-15 rifles AR-10 rifles and other direct-impingement systems. The vented design helps manage excess back pressure and reduce gas exposure to the shooter when running suppressed on gas-operated rifles. The suppressor includes a direct thread 5/8x24 mount while also supporting the industry-standard HUB 1.375-24 mounting pattern allowing compatibility with mounting systems such as SilencerCo ASR Bravo and Dead Air KeyMo. The titanium model uses Grade 5 6Al4V titanium baffles mount and end cap with a Grade 9 titanium tube and a 17-4 H900 stainless steel blast baffle for strength while keeping overall weight extremely low.
