BCM Compensator MOD 7 - 5.56 Features The BCM Compensator MOD 7 - 5.56 5.56 compensator combines tuned slots and ports for recoil and muzzle rise mitigation with an open tine design that optimizes flash hiding. Designed with no ground-facing openings it helps reduce dust and debris kick-up when firing prone or working from barricades. The nitride-treated finish provides superior corrosion resistance and durability for demanding use. This extended flash reducing compensator is threaded 1/2x28 for secure attachment to 5.56mm AR-15 platforms and includes a crush washer to support proper installation. A predrilled hole at the base supports permanent installation to extend a 14.5-inch barrel to a legal 16-inch length in compliance with BATF regulations.
