Tool-less install and removal keeps the Mod 3 field-serviceable without specialized tooling across rapid reconfiguration scenarios. A removable solid diamond textured non-slip buttpad delivers consistent shoulder placement and recoil absorption on this mil-spec AR-15 stock with horizontal and vertical web sling attachment points providing flexible sling configuration for left and right-handed shooters. Two optional friction-fit M3 marksman risers at approximately 0.50 and 0.80 interface with the Mod 3 and can be mounted in six positions oriented either forward or reverse for unique cheekweld customization.
