Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 3-12x magnification range is versatile, but it is not a dedicated extreme-close or high-magnification long-range optic.
- This model uses a rear focal plane reticle, so holdover references are tied to the stated magnification setting rather than staying constant across the full zoom range.
- There is no illumination or parallax adjustment, which may be a consideration for hunters who prefer those features in changing light or at longer distances.
- The 1" main tube and 42mm objective keep the scope compact, but they also reflect a more traditional setup than larger-tube, feature-heavy alternatives.
