Considerations & Trade-offs
- Premium optical features and a 20-60x85mm format make this a substantial spotting scope, so it may be more than needed for hunters who only want a compact glassing option.
- The die cast magnesium body is described as lightweight-yet-robust, but this is still a full-size field optic that will typically be less convenient to carry than smaller scopes.
- The ARCA-Swiss compatible tripod mount and integrated M-LOK attachment points add versatility, but they also mean the scope is best suited to users already set up for tripod-based glassing and accessories.
- The adjustable eyecup and centrally located focus ring are designed for precision and comfort, but they may require a little familiarization compared with simpler spotting scopes.
