Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 4-12x range is versatile, but it is not a dedicated close-range optic, so very fast shots at the lowest end may still favor a simpler setup.
- A 40mm objective supports low-light use, but it is still a compact hunting scope rather than a larger-light-gathering model.
- The Multi-X reticle keeps the sight picture clean, though it offers less built-in holdover detail than more complex reticle designs.
- At 12 inches long, it may be a consideration for hunters trying to keep a very short, lightweight rifle setup.
