The new version features a circular 12" polished interior, better heat distribution, and a more ergonomic extended handle, making this an ideal pan for open fire and kitchen cooking. Flipping and serving dishes like crepes, pancakes, tortillas, and pizzas is made easy with a low front ridge and open sides. Pre-seasoned with organic sunflower oil and ready to use right out of the box.
