Considerations & Trade-offs
- Designed specifically for the Savage A17 rifle, so it may be less versatile if you use other 17 HMR platforms.
- This is a 17 HMR varmint load, making it a specialized choice for small game and varmints rather than general-purpose shooting.
- The 200-round box offers volume, but it may be more than needed for occasional use or for hunters who prefer smaller quantities.
- At $69.99, it sits in a premium-priced segment for rimfire ammunition, so value depends on how closely it matches your rifle and intended use.
