Great shapre for 111 years old this one dates to 1915 on Colts website. The Colt Army Special is a double-action, six-round revolver produced between 1908 and 1927, known as a sturdy, reliable, and early law-enforcement standard that preceded the Colt Official Police. Chambered primarily in .38 Special, it was marketed for its "Positive Lock" safety mechanism, with many models featuring a 4-, 5-, or 6-inch barrel and walnut grips.
