Used World War I Commemorative Series "Meuse-Argonne" .45 Automatic Pistol (Model 1911 / Government Model), displayed in its original-style presentation case. It is a limited-edition collector's piece produced by Colt in the late 1960s (primarily 1967-1969), not a combat-issued WWI sidearm. Colt released a series of four such pistols honoring major American actions in World War I: Chateau-Thierry, Belleau Wood, the Second Battle of the Marne, and the Meuse-Argonne Offensive.
