Overview

The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Pistol is a semi-automatic firearm made by the Czech company eska zbrojovka (CZ). It is the civilian version of the Scorpion EVO 3 platform and is chambered for the 9x19 mm Parabellum cartridge. It was designed to be compact and lightweight, using a combination of polymer and steel in its construction. Visually, it has:* A boxy, modern design with an angular polymer receiver.* A short barrel (about 7.7 inches on the original S1 pistol model).* A full-length top rail for mounting optics.* Additional accessory mounting points on the handguard.* Ambidextrous controls, including the safety and magazine release.* A non-reciprocating charging handle that can be swapped to either side.* Iron sights that fold down when not in use.
