Overview
Built for anglers who want a straightforward reel with smooth operation and easy handling, this model pairs lightweight aluminum construction with a ball-bearing drive and oscillating spool for precise level-winding. The right/left retrieve adds flexibility, while the multi-disk drag and soft-touch dual-paddle rubber handle are aimed at controlled, comfortable use on the water. With a 4.3:1 gear ratio and 25.9 line per crank, it suits anglers looking for a steady, practical setup rather than a highly specialized reel. Its mono capacity of 12/100 makes it a simple option for everyday fishing applications where dependable function matters most.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 4.3:1 gear ratio and 25.9" line per crank reflect a more controlled retrieve than a speed-focused setup, so it may not suit anglers looking for rapid line pickup.
- At 10.1 oz, it is not the lightest option in its class, which may matter for long sessions where overall reel weight is a priority.
- The 12/100 mono capacity is a specific fit for lighter mono setups, so anglers planning to use heavier line or different line strategies should verify compatibility before choosing it.
- The right/left retrieve feature adds flexibility, but the reel’s handling feel will still depend on the user’s preferred retrieve orientation and grip style.
