The design removes the need for windage screws preventing loosening issues common in traditional mounting systems. Approximately one-third the weight of steel the mount absorbs shock efficiently and withstands temperature extremes without sacrificing strength. The internal ring and base geometry provides increased thread engagement for enhanced security and long-term durability.
