Overview
Built for waterfowl seasons and other hunts where a dog may spend time in cold water, this vest adds insulation and buoyancy without getting in the way of movement. The 5mm neoprene construction is paired with two flotation pads, while the contoured neck design is intended to improve fit around the neck and legs. Top-mounted handles make it easier to lift your dog in and out of the water or into a boat, and the leash clip adds a practical touch for moving between setups. Multiple sizes and bar-tacked trim areas help support a more tailored fit for different hunting partners.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- The vest uses 5mm neoprene throughout, so it adds warmth and protection but may feel substantial on dogs that already run warm or in milder conditions.
- Fit depends on selecting the correct size from the provided neck and chest measurements; an improper size could limit comfort or mobility.
- The contoured neck and leg design improves fit, but dogs with unusual proportions may still need careful trimming at the bar-tacked areas for a proper fit.
- The vest includes flotation pads and easy-lift handles, but it is still a fitted piece of gear that requires checking for secure placement before use.
