EGW Mossberg 500 Scope Mount Features EGW Mossberg 500 Scope Mount is machined from 6061-T6 extruded aluminum providing a lightweight yet rigid mounting platform that resists flex and movement under the recoil of shotgun slugs and heavy loads. The Picatinny rail profile accepts a wide range of standard rings and mounts giving Mossberg 500 series owners broad compatibility with virtually any optic or accessory designed for Picatinny mounting. A matte black finish provides a low-glare corrosion-resistant exterior consistent with the working finish of most hunting and tactical Mossberg configurations. At 5.882 inches overall with a 2.125-inch center spread between the two middle mounting holes the rail provides sufficient mounting surface for full-size scopes compact red dots and multi-accessory setups on post-1997 Mossberg 500 590 835 930 and 935 receivers. Both #6 and #8 hex head screws are included to accommodate the screw size variation found across compatible Mossberg receivers along with a wrench for a complete tool-included installation.
