Faxon Duty 9mm 16 Barrel Features This 16-inch barrel is constructed from 4150 CMV steel and finished in black nitride inside and out for excellent corrosion resistance and barrel life. The tapered contour helps reduce front-end weight without compromising rigidity. Since this barrel is intended for blowback systems it features no gas port making it ideal for use in dedicated 9mm AR builds. The 1:10 twist rate is optimal for stabilizing a wide variety of 9mm bullet weights. It also includes a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle allowing for easy installation of suppressors or muzzle devices compatible with 9mm calibers.
