Faxon Gunner Lightweight BCG Features The 9310 tool steel bolt is MIL-SPEC heat treated shot peened and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) for superior strength and stress resistance. Faxon has enhanced reliability by chamfering the back of the bolt lugs and by equipping the extractor with a Crane O-ring insert and spring all tuned for consistent function under high round counts. The carrier is Salt Bath Nitrided inside and out for exceptional durability and lubricity and the superfinished carrier body reduces friction and fouling for smoother cycling. It is full-auto compatible and includes forward assist serrations ensuring total compatibility with MIL-SPEC upper receivers.
