Considerations & Trade-offs
- This load is set up for recreational target shooting and small upland bird use, so it may not match the needs of heavier game or other specialized applications.
- Shot size 8 is a trade-off that favors target work and smaller birds, which means it may be less versatile than larger shot options for some hunting scenarios.
- The 25-round box is convenient for range sessions or short trips, but it may require multiple boxes for higher-volume practice or extended outings.
- With a muzzle velocity of 1200 FPS and 3 dram equivalent, it reflects a specific field-and-range balance rather than a one-size-fits-all load choice.
