Overview
Built for large waterfowl hunts, this 20-gauge load is aimed at hunters who want a non-toxic option for bigger ducks. The 3-inch shell carries 1 oz of shot in size 2, with a listed muzzle velocity of 1350 fps and 25 rounds per box. It fits well as a field load for waterfowl seasons where lead-free ammunition is required or preferred. The trade-off is straightforward: it is purpose-specific ammunition, so it is best suited to that large-waterfowl role rather than general-purpose use.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- This is a 3-inch 20-gauge load, so it’s best suited to firearms chambered for that shell length and gauge; it is not a general-purpose option for shorter chambers.
- With 1 oz of shot and shot size 2, the load is tailored to large waterfowl, which may make it less versatile for smaller game or different hunting setups.
- As a steel, non-toxic load, it fits waterfowl requirements, but hunters accustomed to lead may need to account for different shot behavior and patterning.
- Each box contains 25 rounds, so larger outings or patterning sessions may require multiple boxes.
Suggested Comparisons
