Overview
Built for big game hunters who want a versatile load for a range of field conditions, this ammunition is centered on controlled terminal performance and consistent flight. The bonded Terminal Ascent bullet is paired with a patented Slipstream polymer tip to help initiate expansion at lower velocities, while the high ballistic coefficient supports a flatter, more efficient trajectory. It is a practical choice for hunters covering varied distances and target angles, especially when deep penetration on close shots is part of the requirement. Packaged in 20 rounds, it fits well as a dedicated hunting load for the season.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- This load is tailored to 7mm Backcountry rifles, so it is not a general-purpose option for other chamberings.
- The 20-round package is practical for hunting use, but it offers limited volume for extended range sessions or high-round-count practice.
- Its Terminal Ascent design is built around a specific balance of expansion and penetration, which may not match every hunter’s preference for terminal performance.
- At this price point, it is a premium hunting load, so it may be more expensive than standard practice ammunition.
