Overview
Built for waterfowl hunters who want a steel load with a tighter patterning focus, this 12 gauge option combines a rear-opening FLITECONTROL FLEX wad with zinc-plated steel shot. It is chambered in 3-1/2 inches and carries a 1 1/2 oz payload at 1500 fps, with BB and 2 shot listed in the product data. The 25-round package suits hunters who want a dedicated load for extended sessions in the blind or field. Considerations & Trade-offs
- This is a 3-1/2 in 12 gauge load, so it requires a shotgun chambered for that shell length and may not suit all waterfowl setups.
- The BB and 2 shot mix is built for a specific patterning approach, which can be less flexible if you prefer a single shot size for all situations.
- At 1 1/2 oz and 1500 fps, it is a high-performance steel load that may come with more recoil than lighter target or field loads.
- Package quantity is 25 rounds, which is practical for hunting use but may be less convenient for high-volume practice sessions.
