Built for anglers who want a versatile hook for light, precise presentations, this option is suited to wacky rigging for bass and to free drifting small baits for salmon and steelhead. Considerations & Trade-offs
- Sized at 4/0, this hook is geared toward larger presentations than finesse-only applications, so it may not suit every small-bait setup.
- The pack includes 5 hooks, which is a modest quantity if you go through hooks quickly or need extras for multiple rigs.
- Its use cases are specific: wacky rigging for bass and free drifting for salmon and steelhead with small baits, so it is not presented as a general-purpose hook for every technique.
