Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 3.4" blade size keeps the knife compact, which is convenient for carry but offers less reach than a larger fixed blade or folder.
- The glass-filled nylon handle with textured grip is practical and lightweight, though it is a different feel than a metal or wood handle.
- The pivot lock and thumb studs support quick one-handed use, but that also means the knife is designed around speed and convenience rather than a simpler manual opening style.
- The black-finished blade gives the knife a subdued look, but the finish may show wear over time with regular use.
