Overview
Designed for hunters who use Gerber’s Vital Fixed Blade EAB or Vital Pocket Folder EAB, this replacement blade pack keeps your cutting tool ready when the original edge is no longer suitable. The 12-blade count supports extended use in the field or at camp, where having spares on hand can help reduce downtime. Gerber’s Exchange-a-blade system is intended to make blade changes simpler and safer, while also cutting down on waste in the woods. Considerations & Trade-offs
- These blades are intended for use with Gerber Vital Fixed Blade EAB and Vital Pocket Folder EAB models, so compatibility is limited to that system.
- This is a replacement-blade pack rather than a complete cutting tool, so it is only useful if you already own a compatible Vital EAB knife.
- The pack includes 12 blades, which is practical for keeping spares on hand but means ongoing replacement purchases are part of ownership.
- The product information emphasizes the exchange-a-blade system and warranty, but does not provide material or performance specifications for the blades themselves.
