GRIFFIN ARMAMENT DUAL-LOK 5 AM

Overview

The DUAL-LOK(R) 5 AM Silencer is a managed backpressure 5.56mm suppressor constructed from Griffin's proprietary Nickel 625X(TM) powder alloy utilizing state-of-the-art DMLS additive manufacturing technology. The proprietary, patent-pending Nickel 625X(TM) alloy showed in testing a ~68% increase in yield and tensile strength over additively manufactured INCONEL(R) 625 at 1200degF. The new flash hider end cap also reduces system backpressure by peripherally venting gases, resulting in softer recoil impulses, less wear and tear on the host firearm, and reduces operator exposure to toxic gases. These silencers are built on Griffin's rock-solid DUAL-LOK(R) mounting system which has become one of the most trusted active-locking mounting systems preferred by law enforcement and military professionals. This advanced mount provides exceptional accuracy with minimal and repeatable POI shift, and completely eliminates the fear of unintended loosening during prolonged courses of fire. It is free of wear-prone ratcheting parts, offering a lifetime of trouble-free use. This model features an all-black color pattern and comes with a DUAL-LOK(R) EZ-Brake muzzle device (1/2x28 TPI) and a silencer pouch.
