Griffin Armament EZ Brake Features The EZ Brake is machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel a precipitation-hardened alloy selected for its exceptional strength dimensional stability and resistance to the heat gas pressure and mechanical stress generated at the muzzle during sustained 5.56 fire. The lustrous black nitride finish adds a hardened corrosion-resistant surface treatment that further extends the service life of the EZ Brake while providing a clean low-reflectivity black appearance that integrates naturally with standard rifle and suppressor configurations. Together 17-4 PH stainless steel construction and black nitride finish produce a muzzle brake that is built to outlast standard alternatives across thousands of rounds of suppressed and unsuppressed fire.
