Griffin Armament Taper Mount Hammer Comp Features The Griffin Armament Taper Mount Hammer Comp is a purpose built 30 caliber compensator designed to reduce recoil while extending suppressor service life through two sacrificial baffles built into the muzzle device. These sacrificial baffles absorb erosion and blast wear helping preserve the internal structure of your suppressor during high volume shooting. Slotted compensating features provide tuned muzzle stability keeping the rifle flatter and improving follow up shot control during rapid strings and positional shooting. CNC machined from a solid bar of heat treated 17-4PH stainless steel it is built for durability and corrosion resistance with a long service life under hard use. Its length is designed to be comparable to an A2 flash suppressor setup with a crush washer allowing practical use for pin and weld applications on barrels marketed for 14.7 inch builds intended to reach non NFA length when permanently attached.
