HK G36 Features HK G36 is built around an 18.13-inch steel barrel with a flash suppressor and blowback operating system that replicates the manual of arms and handling characteristics of the original G36 in a rimfire .22 LR package. The flat dark earth receiver features a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting optics and accessories and component compatibility with the original G36 handguard sight rail and stock makes this an authentic training and recreational analog to the military platform. An adjustable rear sight provides a usable iron sight baseline out of the box across a range of shooting distances. The folding synthetic stock in flat dark earth allows the rifle to be compacted for storage and transport while retaining the ability to fire with the stock folded replicating a key capability of the original G36 design.
