Hi-Point 995TS Features The Hi-Point 995TS 9mm carbine operates on a simple blowback system and is +P rated to accept factory ammunition. Its polymer skeletonized stock incorporates an internal recoil buffer to help manage felt recoil and improve control. Fully adjustable post front and peep rear sights provide clear target acquisition while the 16.5 barrel maintains an overall length of 31 for balanced handling. This semi-auto platform includes multiple Weaver-style rails for accessory mounting along with a sling swivels and scope base for added versatility. A quick on/off manual safety grip-mounted magazine release and last round lock open feature enhance usability. Finished in black with black polymer grips it includes one 10-round OEM magazine and is not compatible with C9 magazines.
