Considerations & Trade-offs
- Sized for a whole quarter of elk, moose, caribou, or deer, so it may be more bag than needed for smaller game or lighter pack-outs.
- Heavy-duty canvas construction is practical and reusable, but it is a more substantial material than lightweight disposable options.
- The tie closure helps secure meat during pack out, but it is a simple closure rather than a more complex sealing system.
- Designed to keep meat clean and protect it from insects, but it is still a game bag and not a substitute for careful field handling and cooling.
