Overview

You are looking at a side by side boxlock 12 gauge 2.5" chamber shotgun manufactured by Thomas Wild in Birmingham. The top of the rib is stamped "T. Wild 17 & 18 Whittall street Birmingham"This shotgun has 30" barrels, one of which is full choke and the other is modified choke. The reciever is beautifully engraved. The reciever was original case colored but the finish has worn off. This shotgun has no safety concerns or issues that i have noticed. It appears that the stock has been coated with a gloss finish. The bottom of the barrels are stamped with proof acceptance stamps for England, crown over BV and crown over BP, as well as crown over NP. Also stamped 2.5" and 2.5" choke, 1 1/8, nitro proof, and 13/1, and 12 over C inside of a square. There is also a stamp of two swords crossed over O that i am unfamiliar with. The reciever is stamped with serial number 16763 and crown over BV proof stamps. Thanks for looking!
