Considerations & Trade-offs
- Designed for bass and walleye fishing, so it may be less versatile if you are targeting other species or want a more general-purpose soft plastic.
- The tentacle action is tied to changes in retrieve speed and slight water movement, so it may be less effective when fished completely static.
- Soft plastic construction can be more susceptible to wear during repeated use than harder-bodied baits.
- The 8-pack quantity is practical for a few outings, but anglers who go through plastics quickly may want additional packs on hand.
