Kel-Tec CMR-30 Features The Kel-Tec CMR-30 is a .22 Magnum tactical carbine chambered in .22 WMR and designed around the same magazine system and core controls as the PMR-30 pistol including the single action trigger mechanism bolt stop mag catch and ambidextrous safety levers. A 16 barrel threaded 1/2x28 supports common muzzle attachments and the multi-position collapsible stock allows the carbine to run compact at 22.7 collapsed and 30.6 extended. The long top Mil-Std 1913 Picatinny rail and included removable under rail provide ample mounting space for optics lights lasers and other accessories. Construction blends hard-coat anodized aluminum for the upper assembly and rails with glass reinforced nylon Zytel components for strength without excess weight. The bolt assembly uses a 4140 steel bolt with a captive recoil spring assembly for consistent cycling and durability. Ambidextrous non-reciprocating operating handles latch forward and the stock latch lever is also ambidextrous and positioned just ahead of the trigger guard for quick adjustments. An integral sling loop on both sides adds carry versatility and Magpul flip-up sights are included for a complete ready-to-run setup.
