Kel-Tec SU-16CA Features The Kel-Tec SU-16CA is a 5.56 NATO compliant rifle that blends the core features of the SU-16C with the stock design of the SU-16A creating a hybrid platform built for broad legal compatibility. It uses a 16 barrel with a chrome-lined bore and chamber for durability and easier maintenance and the muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 for compatibility with common muzzle devices. Like the A model it folds for storage but it is designed not to fire in the folded position helping it meet compliance requirements in restrictive states.
