Stainless steel with sapphire-colored PVD finish. This Kimber is known for a very crisp single-action trigger, excellent accuracy for such a small pistol, extremely slim profile for concealed carry, soft-shooting compared to many striker-fired micro 9s because of its all-metal construction. It's mechanically closer to a miniature 1911 than most modern micro-compacts.
