Lantac Dragon ASR Features The Lantac Dragon ASR is precision machined from stainless steel hardened to 48Rc and nitride finished for enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term durability under sustained high-volume fire. Lantac s patented gas handling system redirects propellant gases to actively reduce muzzle rise and recoil to zero so that the only felt recoil is from the movement of the carrier and buffer within the buffer tube. The unique Short Energy Pulse system reduces the length of recoil impulse so that repeating shot energy cannot overlap preventing successive shots from knocking the shooter off target during rapid or full-auto fire. The Lantac Dragon ASR integrates the SilencerCo ASR quick mount system directly into the brake body allowing fast tool-free attachment of SilencerCo Saker and Omega suppressors as well as the SilencerCo Blast Shield without requiring a separate adapter or mount. Threaded 1/2x28 UNEF for direct installation on standard AR-platform muzzles the Dragon ASR ships with shims for precise timing and installation. Note that the Dragon ASR is not considered a flash hider and is not compatible with the SilencerCo BMD. The Dragon ASR s combination of zero muzzle rise Short Energy Pulse recoil reduction and integrated ASR suppressor mounting makes it one of the most capable and versatile muzzle devices available for 5.56/.223 AR platforms.
