With this Jerky Knife and Board Kit, you can cut evenly thin strips of meat for even cooking and marinating. Kit consists of 12" x 12" double sided plastic board- cut depths are 1/4" and " (6.4mm & 3.8mm) with ribbing and nubs to hold the meat in place.
