Built as a quick detachable scope base each base segment clamps securely to the receiver forming a stable platform that mates with Leupold QR rings (sold separately). The QR system allows the optic to be removed and reattached quickly with minimal loss of zero-ideal for multi-role rifles or transport between gear.
