Considerations & Trade-offs
- Preloaded C-MAP inland mapping is for the U.S., so anglers outside that coverage area may need different charting options.
- The included SplitShot HD transducer and FishReveal focus on sonar and structure viewing, but the listing does not indicate broader networking or advanced system expansion features.
- Genesis Live recording and charting add-ons require the SD card slot, so those functions depend on using compatible cards and setup.
- The 7-inch display offers a detailed view, but it is still a compact screen compared with larger fishfinder units.
