Overview
This soft plastic pintail swimbait is built for anglers looking to pair a subtle shimmy with a ribbed body profile that moves naturally in the water. It comes from a collaboration with Hog Farmer Baits, using their molds alongside Missile Baits’ signature texture and scent. The small pintail and thick-ribbed body make it a practical choice for bass fishing when matching a ChatterBait-style presentation or other finesse-to-moving bait setups matters. Considerations & Trade-offs
- The 3" size is compact, so it may be better suited to situations where a smaller pintail swimbait profile is desired rather than a larger presentation.
- Its soft plastic construction and small pintail are designed for a subtle shimmy, which can be a trade-off if you want a more aggressive action.
- Color selection is built around ChatterBait-matching options, so the available palette may be more specialized than a broad all-purpose soft bait lineup.
- The bait’s appeal is tied to its texture and scent features, which means performance is presentation-dependent and may not suit every rigging style or fishing condition.
