Overview
Built as a trailer for bladed jigs, this soft-plastic bait is shaped to suggest a fleeing baitfish and to add a slithering, side-to-side action to the presentation. The pintail profile and ribbed body also make it a workable option when rigged weightless and twitched like a soft plastic jerkbait. It comes in a 7-pack and is offered in Superbug, giving anglers a compact profile for bass fishing situations that call for a more reactive, baitfish-style presentation.

Considerations & Trade-offs
- Designed primarily as a bladed jig trailer, so anglers looking for a dedicated standalone bait may find its strongest use is in that role.
- The softer plastic can support a more natural action, but it may also be less forgiving than firmer plastics when rigging or reusing the bait.
- At 4.5 inches, the profile is substantial enough to draw attention, which may be more bait than some finesse presentations call for.
- The Superbug color is one option in Missile’s color lineup, so matching local forage or water conditions may require choosing a different color variant.
