Overview

The Patriot series from Mossberg provides sportsmen with high quality rifles at an affordable price. The rifles feature a drop box magazine, spiral fluted bolt and streamlined bolt handle, recessed match crowning on the barrel, and a user adjustable trigger with a 5-pound range (2-7 lbs min/max). The rifles are also offered in a variety of short and long action calibers allowing shooters to choose the perfect rifle for any activity. This model is chambered in Winchester's new .400 Legend cartridge. The rifle features a lightweight synthetic stock with checkered patterning on the grip and forearm that comes with a rubber buttpad and a 20-inch threaded barrel. The receiver is able to accept weaver-style mounts for optics. One 4-round magazine is included.
