Overview

The Chinese Type 56 (M56) SKS is a classic Cold War-era rifle originally designed in the 1940s by Russia and later produced under license by China. These military surplus rifles have been professionally refurbished by skilled gunsmiths and present in attractive arsenal-refurbished condition. Each rifle has been fully re-finished, and test fired to ensure reliable function. Featuring a 10-round fixed magazine, folding Chinese spiker bayonet, and wood stock, these SKS rifles retain authentic battle character and historical flavor, making them especially popular with Vietnam War collectors and reenactors. Chinese arsenal and leaf sight markings will vary. Metal components may show light pitting, and stocks may exhibit minor storage/ handling marks.
